We are a software development consulting company with various long-term projects for our valued partners in finance, logistics, energy, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing. Our offices are in Zagreb, Bjelovar and Varaždin and we have development center in Kragujevac, Serbia.

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to work closely with department heads, managing the full recruitment process and participating in employer branding strategies.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles
  • Identifying and attracting candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Communicating effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and hiring outcomes
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Participating in internal events organisation
  • Participating in conducting an employee satisfaction and engagement survey, and in the subsequent analysis
  • Implementing internal employee training and organizing external training sessions, as well as being responsible for executing the benefits plan



You fit this position if you have:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources/recruiting (agency experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with candidates
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with working in an ATS (Talentlyft and LinkedIN Recruiter is an advantage)
